Mikela Hein, Senior Analyst

Mikela joins Navius after the completion of her Masters Degree. Having spent the last few years studying Resource and Environmental Management at Simon Fraser University, she is excited to continue her work in the field of climate policy and energy-economy modeling.

Mikela has spent the majority of her education learning about systems, ranging from the environment to the economy. She is motivated by her curiosity in how the world is interconnected, and her interest in making educated decisions surrounding the use of resources. In her spare time Mikela likes to enjoy nature, whether that involves swimming, hiking, or gardening.
